The skin under your eyes is really thin and what you are seeing is blood vessels near the surface that are making them look dark. The only solution you have is to cover them up with make-up. I use a yellow concealer (Physicians Formula), then a skin toned concealer...remember to pat gently...then I cover with my foundation and powder. You can buy Physicians Formula anywhere where they sell make-up. There is also a green formula to cover any redness you may have.
