I am 14. I am looking to increase my upper arm strength, and work towards a 6-pack. What is the best diet to help this?

Protein and carbs are great. A strict consistent work out regiment also helps. The most important thing to getting bigger is rest in between workouts. You don't have to go to the gym everyday to get big. Here's the rules.....work the muscle, feed the muscle, and rest the muscle. Getting big happens when your muscles are resting and getting stronger. good luck. If you eat properly and hit the gym regularly and get some sleep, then you can get as big as you want. Don't worry to much about the abs. They will show up naturally with a good diet and drink lots of water....
