Im just interested, I have a property in Murcia at the moment and would like to move down the coast

The property market is quite expensive in Mojacar (if you compare it with other coastal villages in Almeria but there are quite a few estate agencies offering you a vast choice.
Then again, you can find something cheaper in Garrucha or in Vera Playa which are only a few kilometers away from Mojacar and where you will find the same nice "wild" beaches.
I personnally live in Garrucha and work in Mojacar.
For property prices, apart from the obvious "big boys" like the Consortium (www.consortium-mojacar.com) and Prime properties (www.prime-properties.biz) , check out the following sites of smaller agencies:

It depends, do you want to buy or rent? i would say, a bit high comparing to other parts of spain.
