Is there any program to reduce ammuniton build-up? Not to waist so much naturall resources and human resources to end up causing so much suffering for each other.

Why indeed... But the sad truth is a long as the white man continues to profit from making guns then there will unfortunately continue to be an arms race..and millions and millions more mothers childern will continue to be killed by them.. (guns) But.....since I decided to add my two cents in to this "loaded" ha..ha.. get it

I have owned guns since I was 9 years old. I have never shot another human being, never even pointed a gun at a human, I would however if somebody was to threaten me. But it is not uncivilized to own a gun, it is all in how the gun is used.

Guns are to blame for human suffering and cruelty. Prior to the invention of guns there was no violence, murder, and torture. For example the spanish inquisition is just a lie made up by the NRA to confuse people into thinking that you can have violence and cruelty without guns.

man kills man not guns, what next cars, knives, rocks, garden hoes, canyon walls? Better look at how many people are killed every year by means other than gunshots and see what you think. I can find things under you kitchen sink that can make a good home made bomb, we gonna eliminate cleaning too? Are you going to get coyotes to quit eating rabbits? mountian lions from eating deer shall I go on?
