get a fire going outside when all of your burning material apart from the paper, is damp? i dont really want to use am accelerant

Your wasting your time it will only smoulder & stink

If your bonfire is small, it's best to use a metal bin with a mini-chimney at the top of the lid. It keeps your burning material dry. These are available from most hardware shops, and make burning anything easy! Make sure you use plenty of paper and even the wettest things should go up in smoke!

try to burn the paper is have the other material either close by or on the paper, it will dry out and burn.
