Ashley can sing a certain type of songs and Ben too. Luis made a fair decision last night to get rid of Ashley. Robert is much better than Ashley and Robert is the best singer in the competion since Dionne disappered from the show. Robert, Macdonald Brothers and Nikitta will be eliminated sooner or later. Between the two possible finalists Eton Road and Leona ... who will win? ... has Simon played his mind game effectively yet to manipulate the market for his CDs and other related products? or Luis is going to win this year again? I am going to say Eton will win. Simon & ITV are doing a good business with thousands of contestants. Well done Eton Road.

I think Eton Road, Leona and Ben are pretty good singers, its just a pity they had to sing those pathetic Abba songs last night, whos decision was that !!! as for the McDonald Bros. well...even on the local radio station ( Edinburgh ) they were saying how embarrased they all were when they heard them last night, how they got through is anyones guess, as for Simon and Luis....I think its all an act, well some of the time, cos they know it gets everyone going and we all like to see them fighting, it gives some ' punch ' to the show....lol....I know where I would like to land a punch or two !!!!

Ashley went beause Louis wanted Simon to lose an act, simple as. Robert was much better last week, he isn't unique or different and has nothing new to offer, while Ashley has an amazing voice and shouldn't have been voted off.
In cases like happened last night, when one judge has the deciding vote, they need to change the format, so that petty squabbles between the judges can't affect the contestants this way.

I think its a shame that Ashley went before he realised his full potential, but between him and Robert on last nights performance, Robert was the better contender. I thought Simon was going to self combust, the loooks he gave Louis were enough to make me quiver with fear, talk about the shrivellers!! Thought that Eton Road gave the best performance of the night...and am rooting for them to win though I wish they were in someone elses category cos I don't want Louis to win. I think Simon will be gunning for Louis from now on!

i also think the right decision was made last night but purely on last nights performance you are right with regards to Ashley though i must admit but personally i think the final two will be Leona and Ben i do like Eton road though and the boys deserve a break after getting the callback into the show and yes i thought Dion was brilliant what a voice my money will be on Leona to win though she is awesome and Ben second he rocks

If you went by what Louie said and that he was going to judge them on the final performance alone...then I can understand why Simon was so angry. I don't believe either should have been in the bottom 2 anyway. For those who think watching the x-factor is a waste of time...is it wrong to encourage new talent in the UK...or don't they listen to music???
