I'm seven weeks pregnant, and already suffering with morning sickness. Is there any tricks out there or things i can take to help with this?

Unfortunately, morning sickness often goes with the deal. But you can try eating many small meals during the day to keep something on your stomach. If you are really feeling nauseas - try some crackers and decafinated tea. Or you could try some toast. The important thing is to try and not let your stomach get too empty. Also, chilled drinks help some, warm drinks other. Try each to see what works for you. Not getting up too fast from a sitting position or lying position can help also. If the morning sickness gets too bad, speak to your doctor and he can recommend some other things that can help or even some mild medication that can help. Good luck and congrats.

You really cant get around morning sickness while being pregnant. Just make sure you keep alot of food on you stomach and take some vitiams which is good for the baby.

Morning sickness is not fun, however there are things that help. If it is not real bad eating a few saltine crackers before getting up in the morning usually helps. Unfortunately if it's really bad you may need something from your doctor.

when I got morning sickness with my second pregnancy, I asked my Dr for something, he actually gave me Prevacid, its for acid related disorders, which was something I was dealing with before I become preggers, but it did the trick for me. Ask your OB if it will be ok for you to take
