I just up and quit one day. Went and bought the gum, worked out well, its been like a month now.
Smoking cost too much anyway, though you dont realize how much until you quit.

i dnt wana quit coz smoking relieves boredom & eases hunger.. besides, i can stil control my habit..
during ramadan, i didnt smoke fr 9 - 3 for 30 days.. i've lessened my ciggie consumption. i used 2 finish a pack in 2 days but now its 3 days..
wow! big achievement.. haha
