If you are Iraqi and most of your family was wiped out by Saddam, then Saddam is evil. But if you are American then it is a toss up as to who is more evil.

those that celebrate as they will go to hell for killing the Iraqi people who were innocent and probably better off under Saddam Hussein rule than they are now when their entire country has almost been destroyed and they live in constant fear of the next bomb
