The tv? An hour. The computer...on a day off, when husband is out of town? HOURS!! On a work day? 2-3 hours. okay here comes the justification part---I also ran 15 miles yesterday, went to the grocery, cooked some meals before plopping down....

Television-3 hrs during the evening on weekdays because I work a 9 to 5 so thats' my only avail time and I also have a husband and daughter who I have to utilize time for as well.
On weekends, I say about 6 hrs...more if I stay up real late
Computer-I use the computer alot at my job but that's involving job related stuff. I may squeeze in an hr on the internet at work sometimes.
At home during the weekdays-maybe 1 hr or less.
Weekend-2 hrs

Tv:1-3 hours a day.
Video Games:5-6 hours a day.
I seem stupid don't i.my mom is always complaining that i never go out and exersice those leg mussels.

13 hours plus on weekdays, computer only (work)... I dont watch but an hour or 2 of tv a day.
