do ihave to let local building control know if i move my bathroom to another room and my boiler as well or because i am using a corgi registered installer is that ok, like using part p electrician

I assume that as you are using a CORGI registered installer then it is a gas appliance that you intend moving. If this is the case then you do not need to notify Building Control directly. Work on gas installations can only be undertaken by CORGi registered installers. Under their competent persons scheme they are required to notify CORGI of every installation, who in turn notify the relevant local authority.

Get the control Dude. You will regret it when you come to sell if you don't. If you haven't got the right documents these days it can reduce the value of your home. Any new electrical work must be recorded and certified, and I believe plumbing?gas have similar rules. People want to see the correct documents these days.

you do need to inform building control ,otherwise you may have trouble when you come to sell.
