he got a bit upset over Rubys boyfriend when in prison and had a heart attack when he was on the phone.
He was giving orders for him [Rubys boyf] to be killed but as he drew his last breath he muttered "Jake, kill him" as Jake was on the other end of the phone but one of his inmate friends misunderstood this as "Kill Jake" hence the kidnapping.

Rubys boyfriend shaun went to visit Johnny in prison and he was so cheeky and disrespectful Johnny had a heart attack with anger, he told his cell mate he "wanted him dead" but the cell mate thought he meant Jake Moon because shaun had been using Jakes visitors pass. Just as Jake was about to leave the square some heavies were waiting for him and that was the last we saw of him.

Johnny is not dead ..he is hoping to make big time in films like the other loser's who came out of eastenders ..yes he is live and kicking ..well at least another 6 months
before he dose minicabing like the rest of them..

Sorry but I stopped watching soaps when all the storylines began to be printed in various magazines weeks in advance.
Bring back the days like when the cliffhanger was ...Who is the father of Michelle's baby?
The kept it going for ages & really boosted viewing figures. Nowadays you just pick up a magazine & you don't even have to watch the programme.

He had a heart attack in prison following an argument with Ruby's boyfriend. He was about to ring Danny Moon up to have the boyfriend killed when he collapsed at the phone. As he died his cellmate asked him who he wanted killed and he answered "Danny" - so Danny beware!
