Yes in some states it is legal she has the right to put him in jail, it's considered consintated rape of a minor which means he didn't force you but you are a minor and she is your gaurdian. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but you are only 15 why r u dating a 22 year old man. You need to be enjoying your life and not worried about getting preggo by a 22 year old man. I don't mean to sound rude but please take some advice from us older people who know sweetie enjoy what teenage years you have left once there gone you can't get them back. You would have to check and see what your laws are where you live. good luck

YES she can. You are still a child and he is a grown man. He should know better and your mom has every right to press charges against him for rape. You are a minor so even if you said yes it is still considered rape. You are so young and have so much ahead of you and getting pregnant by this man or any other man before you have at least finished high school will only make you resent your child or not want him/her. I was a young teen mother and I love my daughter very much but I do wish that I had waited so that I could have had more fun.

Well i live in Virginia and there is a 3 yr law which is consider jailbait and yes she could put him in jail for rape unless yall are married and the thing is where your only 15 she can tell you weither you can marry him or not an if she says no and you still insist on marrying him she can still get him introuble for jailbait. Honey life is short and yes i know you might love him but you also need to look at it this way there is alot of people out there an you still have alot to live for in life just take your time. she can put him jail if she proves that he has had sex with you and if you are pregnant she has to prove that he is the father the consenting ages vary from state to state but most of the consenting ages are around 17 or 18 but if i may offer some advice there is a 7 year difference between you and him it would be best if you wait until you are 18 ,legally an adult, before you engage further in to a romantic relationship with him when you are not of age because if your mum actually calls the police he would go to jail, and potentailly ruin his life i am pretty sure that when he is in jail you will not stick around and wait for him especially if he'll be a registered sex offender i sincerely hope that you are being hypothetical about being pregnant because if you were not you are already in to deep and when children get involved it is no longer about you so i hope that you seriously consider taking my advice and good luck

You are only 15 why on earth are you with a 22yr old mix with people your own age.
In answer to you question yes your Mum can have him put in jail but not only for getting you pregnant she can have him charged for sleeping with you as you are a minor.
Smarten up or you "boyfriend " could be in real BIG trouble.

Your mum can get him put in jail weather you want it or not, You are a minor in the eyes of the law, Your boyfriend is 22 and that means he can be done for rape, even tho he has your conscent. Please think about this as its very serious and if you love your boyfriend don't even go there

Every State in the U.S. has there own 'Age of Consent' Laws.

what?? ive been there done that, except the pregnant part. If u have sex with him, most likely somebody will find out and report it. Even if you are his girl. Its called statutory rape and if even u did consent to it, its illegal.
