Regular Sleep Shechdule:
Regular sleep:10:00 Pacific time
Having trouble sleeping:12:00-1:00
nice sleep:8:00 or 8:30
Rare Sleep Times:2:00 Am,3:00 pm
Weekends:all Nighters.

For years I worked 3rd shift and the result is that I am now a night person. I have tried to become a day person but it only works for a day or two then I am right back to the nights.

Yes, I am. I'm up at 5:13 in the morning, not because I got up early, for it is hard to get up if you have'nt even gone to bed. My family is just like Red's, they call me the vampire.

yes. or as my family would call me.... ' a vampire '. only because i am up all night and sleep all day. that is just my routene just as it is for people to sleep at night and be awake during the day. im no different. nor am i a vampire. lol

Prefer night than day.
