Naw, it's no longer "cool" to be friends with Saddam. Rummy and Saddam used to be best pals...but now that Saddam has outlived his usefulness as a US puppet and tool against Iran (see 1980-1988 Gulf War), and is instead needed as a scapegoat for 9/11 and as justification for our government's asinine war, Rummy will tow the line for his bosses: Chimpy and Chimpy's creepy Uncle Dick.

No one from USA will go to Iraq
to shake hand with Saddam.
No alliies of the US force will also
shake hands with Saddam.
It will be very tense out there in Iraq
because of the death penalty
announcement.
The Iraqis could neither tolerate
Saddam nor the US presence.
Us is responsible and wanted
the Civil war to occur to teach
the world that if you donot hear
out us, we shall ruin you to bleed
to death.
