Because my Mom said she used 1 to see if it worked and when she played the letters it spelled out DEVIL. She was freaked out and a couple years later, she met some guy. If you scramble the letters of DEVIL around, you got his last name. So, I guess they do really work. What happen to other ppl? Like what stories do you have?

oh yes they work, last year my husband got me one for christmas cause i said i had never played one before and me and a friend who was staying with me at the time played it. we got a scared little boy named henry we talked with him for a long time and he even wrote his name on the bathroom wall.

we checked with the neighboors and everything he told us was true we went in my attic and found his stuffed bunny. that was one of the good experiences.

if you play around with one you have to remember that you are in control, if you tell it to stop it will. if you have a good heart you will get good things. and remember it can't hurt you at all! but it can lie so take it all as a grain of salt

may isis bless you

Yes they do.

My sister played with a ouija board as a kid. She put it away before going to bed. Then she was awakened by the room being boiling hot when it should not have been anywhere near that warm. Also, there was a very visible rippling down the entire length of the middle of the bed as if someone was trying to break their way through the mattress. She got rid of it immediately afterward.

For the checklist, the Ouija board replaced into invented as a nineteenth century parlor recreation via Elijah Bond and Charles Kennard, the call and meant magical history have been a merchandising and marketing ploy.* That suggested, the summoning of and interacting with spirits has a history going returned hundreds of years, and the mechanism used for that reason is as much as you, a Magic 8 Ball might artwork in case you knew what you have been doing. as with every magickal artwork it somewhat is the will and reason of the consumer that produce the outcomes, only because of the fact the chippie no longer the procedures builds a shelf. in case you have no longer been knowledgeable for this variety of factor you're properly counseled to depart it on my own, it somewhat is the form of factor that, in case you're making a mistake, can somewhat, somewhat, flow incorrect.

The Hasboro ones you buy in Wal*mart don't. But real ones do. My mom had a friend that went crazy because everytime she tried to get rid of her real ouiji board, it would come back and she would find it under her bed or in her closet. You shouldn't mess around with them.

I've used an internet one, and I am sure it is fake. LOL.
But apparently, there is a 12 year old ghost from the 11th century named James who haunts my house. I have never even had any ghostly encounters ever in my house, so I am sure it is fake.

Yes they work but not in the way that the box would lead you to believe. It is involuntary movements guided by your own subconscious. Kinda takes all the mystery out.

They work like a radio, the required factors are numerous.
Like a radio, these things apply:

Location
Knowledge on how to use the tool itself
Those nearby who can listen
Those nearby who can respond
Interferance

And so, they work relatively well depending on various things.
