Focus on "can still just be seen" please, it sounds a little weird to me and I'm no English native-speaker. What do you think? Thanks in advance. :)

It is grammatically correct if you mean to see that the pattern can be been seen around the clock, but just barely, and that hasn't changed for a while.

otherwise it's very awkward and not grammatical. Depending on what you mean, it should be"

Patterns can still be seen around the clock
Patterns can just be seen around the clock
Patterns can be seen around the clock

I too would suggest taking out the "just" or trying "Around the clock, patterns can still be seen"

Or do you mean the "just" is there to say as if the patterns are very faint and not very discernible because in that case, you should use "Around the clock, patterns cold be seen, just"

Leave out the 'just'.
"Patterns can still be seen around the clock."
