i overheard a boy that works for me tell a female co-worker she was so hot,"he'd give her boyfriend oral just to see her naked"
when i told her i heard the comment and asked her if she wanted me to terminate him she said,she didn't want to get him fired,as a matter of fact she took it has a compliment.
i just don't understand young people today,or older ones either.does this kinda thing really happen or is it just new talk that we need to get use to?

yeah,i don't have a problem with it if the boy is gay,i just don't want to get sued for allowing him to bother her.
i have a couple of boys who are gay(hate that word)and they are really good employees.you can't let a persons sexual orientation affect your opinon of the persons ability to do their jobs.unforunatly some employers do allow their personal feeling to get involved with the treatment of their employees.

As an employer you set the standard for your workplace. It sounds like you understand management and have a good business sense. I would however take him aside and counsel him. I would tell him that personal comments of a sexual nature will not be tolerated, and he was inappropriate in commenting on how a co-worker looks. Tell him this is a warning and if it ever happens again, he will be fired. Then if it does, fire him. You might want to put the policy in writing, and give it to your employee's and state that comments that could be perceived as sexual in nature, threatening or harassment will not be tolerated, you get one warning and then you are out. Covers your behind too.

LOL That is funny. Its funnier, because the woman was okay with it. I don't think he would really do that. He was more then likely kidding, but hey it just might happen.
On a different note if you felt sexually harassed then I think you should tell him that he should not make thoses comments at work or he will be fired next time.
Just remeber its only sexual harassment if the other party does not like it.
As fare as him being gay. It was just a joke. And if he is. So what.

You don't have to ask your female employee for her opinion on something like that. Any sexual remark should not be allowed in the workplace. Young people have to learn early that they cannot talk to co-workers in such a manner. You should have immediately told him not to use that kind of language with co-workers, especially female ones. You don't have to fire him; just help correct his behavior.
In answer to your last question: Yes, young people today do talk like that.
In answer to your first two questions: No, he is not gay, but I most assuredly hope he would not say that in the midst of a group of boys his age, no matter their sexual orientation.

but not all of the time
this sounds like sexual harassment and would never really happen
i would tell the boy that it is wrong to say those things at work give him a warning just by telling him it is wrong
be careful if you do not do anything some one else could see it as unfair if you discipline them in the future
sexual harassment can lead to bigger problems in you work force

Gay? Confused? How about just dirty? I mean, talking like that in public, at work! Where has a little common decency went, I wonder. Ah, well, at least she took it well.
And nah, I doubt he's gay or confused- his whole point is that he'd even do something as gross as oral sex on a man just to get to that girl. At least, that's the way it sounds like he said it.

He doesn't sound like a gay; otherwise, he wouldn't want to see her naked. He was just joking around, although it didn't sound very nice to you. I personally heard that some straight guys want to try "oral" with guys just because they are curious.
