1st of all ur service provider sud provide u with the feature of sending international sms. u will have to giev the mobile number witht eh ISD code like this.... +44<10digit cell number> this is UK example.... for india +91<10digit cell number> . u find out the ISD code of the country u want to send. and juss do this. thats it. (dont use those brackets plz. i juss wanted to have it clear that the cell no. sud be there.)

Make sure that you have the correct area code for the country, e.g +44 etc before sending it.

Other than that it should just be a case of sending it as you would a normal SMS. I've managed to text my sister when she was in India using this method.

you need to send message from your computer so you will not be charged extra.
Just go to their carrier website and send message to their number
