are the women in Benin really so sincere?

i have chatted to a few and they are all seem sincere and have love to give But i do wonder if there is a dark area they are hiding and not want anyone to know about

Let's not ascribe personality characteristics too closely to national traits. There are pleasant and unpleasant people the world over. Be aware that many African women, not just from Benin, are looking to marry Americans, Europeans and others as a way of finding a better standard of living abroad. I say this as someone who is an anti-racist campaigner, and sympathetic to their situation. However, I know of too many people (men and women) who have been fooled into a marriage that was genuine on their part, but really a sham on the part of their spouse. Sooner or later the horrible truth dawned. I talk from personal experience here too - lol. I also know of lots of successful mariages too, so it 's not all bad - just be careful, and trust your instincts. If it seems too good to be true, well that's because it is.
