It's not fair to write the essay for her, but, she could start telling the story remembering being just a liitle seed, needing water, go through the stages of breaking through the soil, growing, becoming a bud, opening up into a beautiful flower. Describe the flower: colour, shape, size etc. & how wonderful it felt to be blooming.
Work on this.
