If you have Sysreset (if not. go to sysreset.com). Go to the server irc.rizon.net. Then join a channel named "#Nipponsei". This channel has quite alot of anime OSTs. I do not know if their site which is linked in their channel lets you download OSTs via bit torrent. But there are Bots in the channel that are willing to share. Hoped i help you even more.
