when i talk to my g/f on the phone so i have erection and after that a kind of white water comes out but thick than water. is this normal or i have some problem.

Yes it's normal. It is called Pre-Ejaculation. Ever man experiences this. If you are worried you could get it checked out but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.
