I think I understand what you are trying to do here but the truth is only you can decide for yourself what makes you truly happy. In the event you look within and cannot answer this question for yourself I would suspect that others have been making choices and decisions for you all your life. In that case it may well be time that you started making choices yourself. Initially perhaps this might feel foreign to you but a start must be made, however small. Keep doing it and it will become second nature. As a by-product, being able to make your own choices about what makes you happy should indeed make you happier. Well all this may not apply specifically to you, but it may help someone reading this anyway.

I love time outs...I am taking one this weekend that will end next Wednesday. Yes for me the beach and the sun and no one around for days is the ideal time out..
Now when I am alone and in deep thought of me.
I think of a way to change what I just left for my time out

a plan so when I go back its not the same I will make the changes...
