Don't make fun of me! LOL (I have two)
in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when they turn to yarn
(It makes me laugh cuz it scares my 18 year old sister when yarn comes to life. Like the video for Walkie Talkie Man by Steriogram)
and
in Memoirs of a Geisha when the Sayuri is pressured into destroying the kimono. It makes me angry with suspense. I love that movie! It's the deepest one out there.

Mine is the part in the "Sound of Music" when Captain Georg von Trapp (Christopher Plummer) told Maria (Julie Andrews) that he is in love with her. I think that was just a magical moment and so real compared to all these so-called "romantic" movies that they come up with these day. The significance of the moment to me is the real-ness of their expressions, words, the ways they were looking at each other, the whole moment. I just love it.

My Favourite Movie is Kingdom of Heaven, actually I like the movies of that class, so you can also add Passions of the Christ.
The movies of Kingdom of Heaven, shows how Jerusalem is holy for all Muslims, Christians, and jews. however, over a millennium, we gave it nothing but blood shed, all for fake causes.
It shows that going to the kingdom of heaven is not by war, but by peace and enough example that they cared for placing the Arabian greeting : " Alsalamo Alekom " in most of the dialogues, it means "Peace Upon You"

Alot i would say .. one of them is in Lord of the Rings( return of the king), when Aaragon was leading his men for the final battle @ the Black Gate. The speech he gave was really inspirational.
