No more high school players!!! there are no fundamentals in the game today. All the artistry and beauty of the game is gone... Yeah people can jump out of the gym but the game is just plain... Ugly

Call the games fairer, no more star treatment.
Make the refs accountable for bad calls.
Stop dragging out the playoffs, make the first round a best of 5 series like it used to be, then 2 best of 7 series. Also let the teams play at the same time on 2 separate channels so teams don't have to wait.
Stop handing out technical fouls like they're candy.
And finally, stop changing the rules all the time.

I would appreciate Mark Cuban. Stern seems to be in a war against anything Mark Cuban, and all I can see is the good that he has done for his team, the league, and really the sport of basketball. He has such passion and love for the game and good business acument and a desire to use technology to better the sport. If I were comissioner I would make sure I wasn't driving Mark Cuban away.
I am amused though that he wasn't the first owner impacted by the new Mark Cuban rule (ohh sorry the Code of Conduct for Owners). It was Sarver, the Sun's owner.

Courts can be wider to make it easier to approach the basket.
Make it mandatory to play at least 10 players, minimum of 3 game-minutes, per game.
More social services for players.
Raise the salary cap per team, but put a cap per player for more equity.
Lower the costs of tickets, food, beverages, and parking so it's not so ridiculously expensive to attend a game
Get the cheerleaders more visible during the televised games
More grease on Pat Riley's hair.

I would bring the old ball back and get ride of that synthetic piece of crap they're using now. Was there an outcry for a new ball in the league? Duh, NO! If its not broken, don't fix it.
I'd also stop this BS foul calling. Flagrants get called, fouls that actually cause damage get called. Brushing a guy's elbow with your forearm while you try to strip him of the ball is not a foul and refs would be fined for calling it as such.

I would tell referees to give a little more leeway on the technicals on players. I agree that the constant complaining has got to stop, but you can't give a player a tech for just acting naturally, it's a emotional game
