If you are using it on your top lid I say bare escentuals. It is a powder liner and if you put it on wet not only does it not smudge it stays fresh all day and does not fade at all. The application can be tricky until you get used to it but it is the best i have ever used and i have used them all. Smashbox makes a good one too.For drugstore brands I like Covergirl Outlast because the consistency is better than revlon Colorstay. I find that Revlon is too dry and you have to tug on your eyes too much but that is just my opinion

I use MAC's fluid line. I've never had any smudge problems. I've even gone swimming with the eyeliner on and it didn't smudge or come off. It also lasts for a long time! The only thing is that you might get a little greasy in the corners of your eyes, but you can just dab it and it'll be fine.
I recommend using an angle brush with it, but don't buy the brush from mac.. it's a complete rip off. (The brush costs $18. Fluidline costs $15.)

Not long ago this question could have been posted by me. No more!

I have the perfect solution for you. It's wonderful!

Have your eyeliner tatoo'ed on!

I did about 4 years ago and have never regretted it! It is wonderful to get up in the morning and go to bed at night with that intact.

Cost is not to bad. Pain? A bit but well worth it!

I'd do it again in a heart beat!

I'll second the vote for Revlon Colorstay... I've tried a lot of liners and they always end up under my eyes, but this one stays on for as long as you want it to, with little travelling.

Plus, Revlon is a great brand that's against animal testing :)

I say use the pencil eyeliner that twist up rather of polishing for the interior your eyes. Liquid/gel for on precise (your lashline) and kohl or pencil for basically your eyes (if u ever placed eyeliner decrease than your eyes,no longer basically interior the waterline)

try the smashbox jet set eyeliner.
it's waterproof so it won't smudge.
