can anyone tell me how my partner can go about getting his sperm tested after radiotherapy 5 years ago,and where in central london.

He needs to just go see a doctor and ask for the test. I doubt that any lab would accept someone off the street, they usually get their testing orders from a doctor.

Your local GP will book him an appointment at a urologist or a fertility clinic in your area.
