Anyone know of a good non-credit sewing course in the San Gabriel Valley? (Los Angeles County)?

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of a course where I could learn the basics of sewing. I'm in the San Gabriel Valley area and would prefer something near Alhambra or as far south as Downey. Thanks.

Visit local stores that sell fabric or sewing machines. They usually offer sewing lessions or know where you can get them
