First, you have to find an Indian company who is looking for new designs (which they probably won't as they have their own designers...if an indian car manufacturer even exists). Second, you have to convice that YOUR design is better than anything their designers could come up with. Third you would have to convince them that they NEED your design for YOUR price.

You could try talking to an Auto Magazine first. if it is a visual concept, then you will find it difficult to sell to anyone. If it is a technology related concept, your best exposure is through and industry trade journal or through consumer magazines like AutoCar, Overdrive, etc.

Contact them probably via phone call or just as good, email. Assuming you use email, send them a picture as well. Play up your professionalism, or else they won't take you seriously.
