ok i am from phil and my american bf just visited me we had the engagement party.But after the party i found some negative things about him.I know i love him but now i dont know coz of my canadian online friend who is trying to influenced my felling to my bf.Well i like him also honestly but i dont know i guess somethingis wrong.Or just myself...

If you are unsure about your bf than why did you say yes to him when he pop the question? Well...if you are still not sure if you want to spend the rest of your life with him I suggested you take sometime to get to know him. Also do you think if this is the person you want to spend the rest of your life. Marriage is not a one day thing it's a life time commitment. You don't want to do something you will regret later.
Let me tell you from a marriage woman prespective. There is no such thing as a perfect guy. Here and there you will find negative things about your partner. You will learn to accept him for who he is. Compromise is the key to marriage. You can't change him for who or what he is. But you can change your way of thinking of him. Marriage is a teamwork if you want a sucessful marriage than two of you gotta give your all.

You're crazy for being engaged to someone you barely know considering Americans believe in divorce and Filipinos don't. You HAVE TO GET TO KNOW THE PERSON YOU'RE MARRYING, and the only way you can do that is by spending time with him, not by chatting with him online or talking to him on the phone because you can never know what he's like in everyday life. Also, if you found out things that you don't like about him and cannot accept him as he is, you'd better break of the engagement. Marriage is a huge commitment and you have to be happy with the person you're with.

Again....if u are not too sure about your fiance, either u break off the engagement or hold off on the wedding. U seem very confused and don't really know what u want.

If there's ever ANY doubt for ANY reason then it is best to wait. Breaking an engagement is not always bade but divorces are pretty serious.
