First of all don't hide. Stand naked in front of a mirror and say to yourself, "I am the Sh*t", even if you don't feel that way. Eventually the positive reinforcement will rub off. If you don't like your body try to change diet, and excersise. But take it one day at a time , and don't beat yourself up about it.

As for the clothes go thing that there are alot of stores that sell inexpensive clothing that are cute. I have large breast as well, and I wear a different size in tops than in bottoms so buy seperates not dresses. To keep it simple buy fashionable comfortable clothes like bootcut jeans in a dark shade, and nice tops so you can dress them up or down. And have sweats but choose Yoga wear which is usually cut better.

Here are some links of inexpensive places to shop online, and the classic stores like Target, and Walmart are good as well.

Yes, having children reshapes our bodies in ways we never imagine beforehand...LOL. Please don't feel badly about your body, no matter what size \ shape you are in! The clothes you love, the t-shirts and jeans, are comfortable and you may think that their lack of definition hide things you would rather forget. But if that were true, why do you feel you are fat? I agree with the answer posted earlier that clothes that are up to date and that fit well can really help you feel better, and knowing that you look nicely turned out is always an ego boost.

My suggestion would be to go over your wardrobe, and be honest with yourself...try on your favorites, maybe with a trusted friend in attendance, and toss those pieces that don't look the best on you. Then, shop judiciously for an outfit or two that will stretch the good pieces into several dynomite looks. For instance, your best jeans can be dressed up or down with the right shirts, jackets and other accessories. Consider what you do, where you do it, and who you do it with...high heels and beaded tops don't really work at the playground, just like sweats and grunge are not professional at an offfice. Fit, color, style are the keys to making what you have work harder.

Don't forget there are consignment shops that might have beautiful things for a lot less than new, and you can often buy a knockoff of a good style at a discount place. Shop the expensive places to choose what looks good, buy from the cheaper places where you can copy the same look for less. And don't forget that one great accessory from the upscale shops can make an outfit sing.

One other trick that my friends and I do is to go thru our closets together, and trade clothes that suit someone else better. Even a piece that needs a little work by mending or embellishing can look so good when you are done. And it will be new to you!

Once you have a few outfits that work well, and your confidence is back up to managable levels, then consider some exercise and diet changes that could drop a few pounds, too. Firming and toning will make you feel better, no matter what you weigh. If you have chosen your new things well, they will be useful even if a bit looser on your frame. Good luck! Re-inventing yourself can be a fun thing, if you take the challenge as a positive step, and don't be hard on yourself. Concentrate on the improvements, not the failures, please.

You are not fat. And fashion is what you make it. Choose classic clothing not trendy. My rule is to pick one ensemble from a current trend and buy just the one, keeping in mind that I want to camoflauge any flaws in my post pregnancy figure, but make sure that what i have chosen can be carried into the next years fashion. And always take your time shopping, don't run out and buy from the department stores. Try the discount stores like ross and marshalls and t.j.max. An example is, this year for fall brown is the new black but next year black is back so don't trash your whole wardrobe but buy a pair of boots and a coat and then layer with something you already have. And retro is always in, so find a good thrift store and pair your favorite jeans with a great button up shirt or a wrap dress and a pair of boots.

Wear clothes that fit your figure. Sweats can be very unflattering and instead of hiding things they can actually accentuate them in a bad way. I would suggest going to a nearby clothing store, inexspensive preferably and getting some ice trousers and jeans that are not tight but not loose either. Make sure you're comfortable. Sweaters and suit jackets will also look nice. I'm sure if you google some inexpensive clothing sites and you have a credit card you could find some nice clothes to flatter your figure. Do not be ashamed of your body. Simply accentuate it and be proud!

for inexpensive fashoinable clothes go to old navy, they have sizes up to 18, and there are such good deals. another great inexpensive place to buy clothes is target, i know people think that's cheap, but target has some great quality for even greater prices. at size 11 you could easily find clothes in your size at most stores. you don't need to be super hip and trendy, but just some jeans and polos or button down shirts can be a lot classier then sweats, and just as comfortable
