I'd stop short at saying saves. But it, without a doubt, has enriched my life. I cling to it fiercely, mixing in just the right amount of age-earned wisdom.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I found that my naivety put my life in danger several times - but i didn't spot the risk until later on....

I am so thankful for it. There has never been
a personality trait that I enjoyed having quite
so much as being naive, except possibly my
complete devotion to the Republican Party,
