Contact a dealership by you. Prices can vary depending on the extras in the home and the moving and setup expenses in your area. Contractors charge differently depending on where you live. I own a 15 year old manufactured home and it looks as new as the first day I bought it and it has more than doubled in value. Good investment...have fun!
