I go with answer number one, as they each have a different Ip address. If they had the same, then there would be a conflict on the network and nothing for the internet would work. You can get the ip address of the computer going to to start, then run, then type cmd. Once there, type "Ipconfig /all" and you'll get the address.

They (each PC) each have individual IP addresses that are linked to their individual network cards, so sometimes a computer may have a few addresses, but usually only one is visible to the Internet, and most Internet Cafes have one address that is usually the router or gateway that is public to the Internet, and maybe a few that are available to the users, so that they may log-in separate from how an Internet visitor might log-in.
This is what is know as logging-in to the public and private areas of a site. Restrictions usually apply as to who may log-in where, and the private areas are usually hidden from the public ones by being on a seperate network card, they might also be then able to be on a seperate local LAN. Different IP address/subnet area.

Each and every pc in an internat cafe has an Unique IP address
If any of the pcs have the same IP address then there would be an IP CONFLICT that would shut down the LAN and the Network of all the pcs in that cafe

NO, IP (internet protocol) address is unique for each PC in a LAN (local area network). However, subnet mask and default gateway can be the same for PC's in an internet cafe.

no two computers in a network can have same IP address.
now it depends that how the network is setup in that cyber cafe.
mostly in cyber cafes they dont have many public IP's, they have one or two public Ip's and rest all private IP's.
public IP is the one which is registered .

NO they don't. Each workstation that connects to a network have unique I.P Addresses. It depends on the cafe's configuration. Some would configure it to DHCP or to a static IP Address using TCP/IP. with DHCP each workstation is getting dynamic I.P addresses thru DHCP server. With TCP/IP they are configured locally and is unique to all the workstations that are conected within the network. ^_^ There is no way that a workstation in a network has the same I.P. Address..
and oh, please don't forget to rate my answer, Thanks good luck
