Bacteriology strictly is the study of bacteria. Microbiology is the study of all organisms that are not generally visible by the naked eye. Microbiology includes bacteria, archaea, certain algae/protists, and some fungi. Microbiology also includes the field of Virology, the study of viruses, which are not considered to be organisms.

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms, which are unicellular or cell-cluster microscopic organisms. This includes eukaryotes (with a nucleus) such as fungi and protists, and prokaryotes (without a nucleus) such as bacteria and certain algaes (though viruses are not strictly classed as living organisms)

I believe that microbiology studies all kinds of microscopic biologic phenomena. Epidemiology is more focused on epidemies and the organisms involved with them (hosts and parasites) and the effects they have on each other. Go to wikipedia fo a better answer.
