He probably does like you. He is 11 That is how boys at 11 act. They don't talk to you. don't worry so much about it and keep your head in your books not the boys.

If he doesn't even talk to you, then perhaps he doesn't like you and doesn't want to hurt your feelings. Or perhaps he's very shy. Who knows, he probably isn't aware that you want to talk to him, and if he is, it sounds like he might be avoiding you.
You should talk to him about why he's not spending that much time with you, but don't take relationships too seriously. They're fun and all, but don't let yourself get hurt over a boy!
