I enjoy fried chicken once in a while but have stopped eating at KFC after finding out that they abuse the chickens in the slaughtering process since they own their own farms for chicken production. Actually, I feel best only eating fish from time to time and eating mostly a diet based on dairy, vegetables, nuts, fruit, and lots of whol grains. Worst weakness is my sweet tooth.
I do like the brownies and corn fritters at KFC but they are not available everywhere. For some strange reason, they serve raspberry jam and some strange cherry-jalapeno sauce with it up here. I just like the corn fritters with some butter and ketchup.
In the winter, I make oyster stew, Manhattan clam chowder and German versions of stuffed rainbow trout my wife likes. I eat a lot of tuna, rainbow trout, salmon and occasionally oysters and prawns. Crab doesn't appeal to me, but I do like lobstery tail and scallop stew.

Whatever you do, do not try the KFC bowls they have out right now. The dinner bowls. They are so gross.

kfc is hit or miss. sometimes it's really good and sometimes you wish you'd just kept driving past the mcdonalds down the street.
