if u r aware of Oxford and Cambridge universities open their sites. They would help u alot.U cud download lot of things from there. But the best way to learn english speaking is to :-
Read english newspapers loudly , Watch only & only english movies , read english novels , talk as much as u can in english even to a street hawker.Make them feel comfortable to understand what u want to communicate with them whether they r just illleterate. look foe sum good freeware linguistic sites providing good softwares for accent. All in all u have to create a 100% environment for u to speak English.
