Yeah, I do. Not that I'd use it. I'm not one of those people who hordes their points and thinks there actually worth something because I'd just waste the 10 points that they took from me to begin with. But I do think that they've got some sort of reputation system going on because ever since I got my first violation they just started snowballing.

I think they need to teel you how you broke the ToS and not seng a generic message that says you MAY have broken the ToS. What if I got a letter from the IRS that said we MAY have mailed out your tax refund lmao. Its a joke if you ask me.

yes they should, I don't think they even look at anything. someone reports you for something and you get one. bunch of crap
