I don't believe you can find live coverage available to the general public, and certainly not for free.

Most all coverage available to the general public is static (not live), and the best will charge. Google earth is good for a free site, though the quality varies considerably depending on where you want to view.

You should try Google, it actually has three options for viewing including satellite and hybrid.
