Bread to be hamburger shape but actually like a butter fried garlic bread. For sauce use prawn cocktail recipie with a touch of brandy flavour. Use thinly sliced cabbage instead of lettuce to retain crisp texture. Pickles should be sliced from the length of whole gherkins to form thin oblong pickles. Onions should be caramelised (fried Australian style). the meat should be seasoned with pepper and all-purpose seasoning, having been forms thin flat and frozen to keep its shape the day before. Use roma tomatoes thin sliced as these are not full of moisture. If bacon required, use Canadian (fat free Australian round) bacon. Thin ringlets of spring oinion for tartness. Flame grilled.
