If I have some things which are non-material but very precious.
Noone can steal that from me.
I do not intend to sell those.

Assuming that I have a good skill in marketing and creating markets for almost anything :

Should I venture into creating a very good and valuable markets for the above commodities so that I can sell some of the above things at good prices to the common masses and benefit a lot in terms of money and wealth from it in future ?

well you can't really sell that which is not material, can you? your "above commodities" aren't even commodities if they aren't tangible. a spin on this might be if you mean happiness or love, you could sell yourself as a means to happiness, such as a psychologist or a counselor - something of that sort. psychologists make money, and so, if you became one to, so would you. if you mean hopes and dreams, you could influence others to pursue your hopes and dreams - for instance, cleaner and healthier environment, so you could lobby for higher fuel tax (and be paid for that) on SUVs like Britain is doing to hopefully encourage people to purchase less gas guzzling vehicles. you get the idea, i'm sure, so enough of the examples.
