I love Rear Window, Vertigo, Rope and Psycho. If I had to choose one, I guess it would be Psycho. Norman Bates is such a creepy character. The movie to this day still gives me the creeps and I love it ;-) Hitchcock was a master and I believe you would find that a lot of todays directors would thank him for his vision and technique.

The Plot, the last one, more ironic than the rest of the earlier movies. And the best if North by Northwest with Cary Grant, always good.

"Marnie"
The whole story is so sad, you feel badly for the woman, but you also feel badly for her boss/husband. What a way to punish corporate theft... Marry the thief under threat, and then try to cure her of her emotional baggage! Twisted, emotional, and very well acted by Sean Connery and Tippi Hedren.

Rear Window
James Stewart is one of the greatest actors ever. The whole cast is brilliant. Suspenseful and fun.

for me would have to be rebecca. because i watched a documentary on the making of some of his films once and it was amazing how the fire scene was so huge for its day. plus i love how the man never speaks his new brides name. very clever i thought.

Rear Window - it's scary to think about how others interpret our actions plus Stewart is great.
