10 percent of it? Like these friends of ours, they have a great newer home, wifey just got a new suv and he doesnt do too much for work (welder) they seem to have no problem getting anything they want....then I know this other guy who works in the trades, made over six figures, and cant even get into a new home...banks say no all the time...is that bad luck???

It probably has more to do with bad credit. I know how it feels. My husband and I are just starting to finally get things but it didn't happen over night. We had to pay off credit and work really hard to get where we are. It takes time but your friend will eventually get there. Take care.

its not luck its just some people have and are willing to succeded in life because they have been in bad times and they just don't like it and they want to be in better condictions. those are the ones that have it all. but those like for examples minority are never thought to do better then what they are so they just seat back do nothing.
