I think you mean Latin equivalents in reference to English - note well, and its Latin equivalent, nota bene; seize the day, and its Latin equivalent, carpe diem; before noon, and its Latin equivalent, ante meridian (a.m.); that sort of equivalent. I can't think of any other usage that you might mean. Just an expression in English that has a Latin equivalent, i.e., a similar meaning.
