The official release announcement from Microsoft for IE7 Final was on October 19, 2006 at 1:52am GMT. You are apparently in the U.S. Mountain time zone, so that would have been at 5:52pm Oct. 18th your local time. (Note: the link below states 4:52pm but keep in mind, that is Oregon's Pacific time zone)
