There are is no difference between a men's and women's sportbike. It is not like buying a pair of shoes. Take a walk on a showroom floor. There is no women's section. A female can ride any bike a male can. A friend of mine who happens to be a girl rides the same model Kawasaki Ninja as I do.

As others have stated, there is no difference between bikes for men and bikes for women. It sounds more like your question should read, "What is the BEST sportbike for a NEW RIDER." That being the case, anything UNDER 600cc is what you need. Take the MSF or equivallent rider's safety course. You will learn everything you need there, and in most states, leave with a motorcycle endorsement for your license. They will answer all questions as well as advise you on a proper beginner's bike.
Good luck!

A pink one.
Seriously, check previous answers, sugar. This issue is done to perished smelly death. Every day, someone asks "what's the best bike" for a noob, a girl, a small guy, a tall guy, a stoopid guy, a potato, a Labrador retriever ...
The answers are invariably more indicative of the preferences of the answerers than they are "good advice."
For ANYBODY, the only way to get a bike that you will like is to think about it, first, then read about it. Then go test-ride lot of bikes. Then pick the one that feels "right."

Anything you want!!! There is something sexy about a woman on a crotch rocket. Just make sure you can get both feet on the ground when on whatever you pick. This is for your own safety. Height is the only limitation. An aftermarket pipe will get you even more attention than you already will. Enjoy life........you only go arround once.

Suzuki GSXR1300. Better than Sex, well almost. Large, comfortable, not the quickest on corners but nothing will beat you on the straight. That's only my opinion.

THE BEST SPORT BIKE FOR ANYONE IS THE ONE THAT YOU CAN CONTROL...MEANING THE ONE THAT FITS YOU PHYSICALLY, WHERE YOU CAN REACH ALL CONTROLS AND THE GROUND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. IT SHOULD ALSO BE WITHIN THE REACH OF YOUR ABILITY. IF USED IT SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT FOR TIRE AND BRAKE WEAR. SLOPPY CONTROLS, LIGHTS AND SIGNALS, ETC.
