Currently, I would say Steve Nash, Gilbert Arenas and Jason Kidd.

Steve Nash is the NBA's Most Valuable Player for the past two seasons, so that should and would mean something. He has topped the league in assists last two seasons. He is the catalyst of the fast-paced Phoenix Suns offense. Furthermore, his addition to the Suns' roster was a huge factor for the team's big turnaround and winning seasons.

GIlbert Arenas has strongest offensive game among point guards. He has been averaging more than 25 points per game the last two seasons.

Jason Kidd, though has been limited since his knee surgery, is still able to put triple-double performances. He has a steady offensive game that includes a three point. He is still one of the best passers and assist-man in the league. And, he is one of the best rebounding point guards of all-time.

It depends on what you want from a point guard. A point guard should first look to set up his teammates. That eliminates Gilbert Arenas. A PG should be able to control the flow of the game and score when neccessary.

1. Steve Nash
2. Chris Paul
3. Jason Kidd

Steve Nash
Jason Kidd
And I give Tony Parker the edge over Gilbert Arenas because he runs the team first and very rarely takes a bad shot(his decision making can be suspect late in the game though)
2nd three
Chris Paul
Chauncey Billups
Baron Davis edges out Kirk Heinrich
