It is VERY hard to see all four parks in one day, but here is a suggested itinerary - hitting the high points. This assumes you don't have children and that you are visiting during the week, not on the weekend and that you aren't interested in real kiddie stuff. It also assumes that you are not staying at Disneyworld but driving there from whatever hotel in the Orlando area you are staying at. Make sure that you check online for opening and closing times on the day you are going. You will need to buy a one day parkhopper which right now is $112 a person.
Start at Animal Kingdom Park - This park is closest to the entrance of DisneyWorld and closes the earliest so you should get it out of the way first. Can't miss attractions are Killamajaro Safaris, Expedition Everest and It's Tough to Be a Bug. Park will probably open at 9 am - you should plan to be out of the park by 11 AM. Next hit Magic Kingdom. You will not be able to hit all the best attractions but pick perhaps 3-4 of the following: Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted mansion, Space Mountain, Mickey's Philharmagic, Splash Mountain (if you don't mind getting wet), Country Bear Jamboree, Stitch's Great Escape. Plan on leaving there by 3 PM. Take the monorail to Epcot. In Future World, the can't miss attractions are Test Track and Soarin'. Hit those two (and do single rider line for both of these if they are offering it!) and zip over to world showcase on the right hand side as you face the lagoon. From here I would go out the back gate by United Kingdom and catch the boat to Disney MGM Studios. Can't miss attractions are Tower of Terror and Rock and Roller Coaster. Then zip back out catch the boat back over to Epcot and do World Showcase till the park closes -the Maelstrom ride in Norway is fun - And finish off the day with the show Illuminations at 9PM.
Again ideally, you would do five days at Disneyworld (one day each and two days for Epcot), but if you only have one day this is how I would do it. Keep in mind that if you go on a weekend or during the holidays the lines will be longer and you will have a harder time seeing more. Also allow 30-60 minutes (really!) to get from park to park.
Good luck!

Buy a Park hopper ticket that aloud you to (if it still exist) browse though a number of parks at the same day and that includes disney transportation. Remember that the parks are big and the ques are long. A good advice is to choise your favourite park first and be there when the doors openend. Find a map over the parks and use it to choise the atractions that you find the best. and get to the one that is on the top of your list right away. Another tip could be to see when the parks are opened and choise the one that opened first first. Dont try to get thruogh all four on one day. Choise two or three and choise your favourite atractions on them. Also check out if one ore more (like the epcot) stays open late. Then choice it after the others have closed. Remember that it is a long distance from disney to say Universal in Orlando city. If it is possible and you choise disney, try to stay at one of their hotels that is close to your favourite park. It helps. You will be exhausted for sure. Remember to drink and eat probebly during the day. Bring a lot of water with you. A note can be that it is two different park areas in Orlando. This two is a long distance apart and it takes a lot off times to travel between them (car is required). Concentrate on one of them. The first area is walt disney world with its park and the second is the "park area" around Interstate drive that holds Universa, Sea world and more. Choise one (Disney?) Also remember that if you use a car, the parking areas is huge. Take a not where your car is or there is a chance that you wont find it. Hope it helps!. Johan

Get a 1-day park hopper pass. Visit www.disneyworld.com and look at each park's calendar. Write down which days are the extra magic hour days for each park during the time you will be there. Also check park hours. I'm guessing you're not going to be staying at a Disney Resort. You'll want to avoid starting your day at the park with extra magic hours the day you wish to visit. This day, Resort guests will get in an hour early and that particular park will be extra busy first thing in the morning.
Start your day at a non- magic hour park and spend about 2-3 hours at each park. This can be done. I did it this last summer and saw almost everything. Get fast passes and study the park maps so that you know where everything is. Here is a hint for Animal Kingdom.... the new ride, Everest is located between Asia and Dinoland. Signs at the park will direct crowds through Asia. This is because that route can handle more traffic. Beat these crowds and follow the signs to Dinoland instead. You'll beat the rush to the ride!

Aug is a severe vacationer season. it relatively is going to take a minimum of an afternoon for MK. Animal Kingdom and the studios are small so counting on wait cases you would be waiting to do the two a kind of in one day. you need to bypass to Epcot... ingesting around the globe cant be beat! (or ingesting in case you dont drink). that could take an afternoon in itself. additionally dont forget to ask at customer centers for pins that say "basically married" then disney forged individuals attempt to make your honeymoon greater suitable. --- I advise getting a e book called The Unofficial handbook To Walt Disney worldwide....there is information on each and every of the parks (even everyday) and each thing interior the Orlando area. this might make it easier to devise and spot all that Orlando has to supply. Have a great time!!!

park hopper choice is the best option for you. you can basically just go to any parks during the day. i suggest the parks you must go is magic kingdom-just for the experience epcot-because it's nice there and mgm-for the rides. and go to magic last for the parade and fireworks. they fireworks at all the parks but i thought magic had the best one with the parade. although epcot's was bigger and longer fireworks but no parade. go really early in the morning before the park opens so there's short lines for all the rides. i was able to finish all the rides in a park in less than 2 hours and then rode the rides again. it's great~!!

pick one park, you can't see all four. My favorite is Magic Kingdom, I would see that one. You need a whole day anyway. Especially if you are going to watch the parades. The one that starts at 3:30 you need to get a seat at least a half hour before. If you think that you can see all you want to, you could head over to EPCOT for dinner and their fireworks at night. Have fun~~~~

There is no point in trying to pack in 4 parks in one day. You won't get the chance to see anything, not to mention the insane admission prices.
Keep in mind also that there is a fair drive between the different parks. Choose one theme that interests you (animals? education? amusement rides?) and pick the relevant park. Don't go to all four.

ugh -- age? interests? are you going by yourself? with kids? you can make a day of just hotel hopping. the different hotels have different themes and things to see -- like the wilderness has a man made geyser that goes off every 30 mins and walking trails, you can see the plains of animal kingdom from the animal kingdom lodge, the polynesian has nightly luaus, stuff like that. you can see the fireworks from behind downtown disney or by the boardwalk resort. there is so much it is really hard to limit it all to one day. just have fun -- thats what is supposed to be all about anyway.
